Wine Pairing 101

Service Description

Wine lovers, rejoice! If you love wine and food, and want to learn a bit more about creating dishes to pair with your favorite wines-this class is for you. We will start our evening with a Warm Balsamic & Kale Salad, followed by Pan Seared Shrimp and Veggies atop Creamy Parmesan Polenta. The night will end with a decadent Gluten Free Chocolate Spice Cake, garnished with fresh whipped cream and berries. Each course will be paired with specially selected wines and tasting notes presented by Fox Den's Head Bartender, Ashley Keller.
