Mediterranean Nights
Escape to the sun-soaked coast with a hands-on Mediterranean cooking class full of bright herbs, citrus, creamy feta, and fresh seasonal flavor. In this class, guests will create a vibrant mezze-style starter, build flavorful chicken souvlaki bowls with homemade tzatziki, and finish with a silky orange scented panna cotta topped with fresh berries.
This menu is designed to feel elegant yet approachable — perfect for summer entertaining, dinner parties, or bringing fresh Mediterranean flavors into your weekly cooking rotation. Guests will leave with practical techniques, beautiful recipes, and a restaurant-worthy menu they can recreate at home.
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
