In this lively class, you’ll learn how to turn simple, seasonal vegetables into an unforgettable Mexican-inspired feast—complete with homemade sauces, vibrant sides, and a sweet churro finale.

Start the fiesta with a crisp, colorful salad bursting with smoky flavor. You’ll learn how to char fresh corn to perfection, balance acidity with lime and cilantro, and build a refreshing side that pairs beautifully with any Mexican dish. Bright, crunchy, and addicting!

Roll up your sleeves—it's enchilada time!  You’ll roast veggies, build a flavorful filling, and learn the secrets to crafting authentic homemade enchilada sauce from scratch. Then you’ll assemble and bake a pan of bubbling, cheesy, vegetable-packed enchiladas that are so good even meat-lovers will be obsessed.

Finish the night on a sweet note with fresh, golden churros.  Students will dip these irresistible treats in cinnamon sugar before dipping them into a silky homemade chocolate sauce. Fun, interactive, and guaranteed to be a crowd favorite.

Transport yourself to a cozy Parisian bistro in this hands-on cooking class where we’ll prepare elegant yet approachable French classics designed for home cooks.

You’ll begin with a French Market Tartine, rustic baguette slices layered with creamy brie, fresh herbs, and savory prosciutto. Then we’ll master the art of Coq au Vin, a rich wine-braised chicken dish layered with bacon, mushrooms, and aromatic vegetables. Three days. Three themes. A kitchen full of kids who love to cook. This summer, Fox Den is opening its kitchen to the next generation of home cooks. Over three mornings, students will roll up their sleeves and learn real techniques with real food — no shortcuts, no kiddie recipes. Just good cooking, good laughs, and maybe, if you’re lucky, some leftovers.

Build your new weeknight go-to bowl-fresh, balanced and full of flavor! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create vibrant and delicious bowls that combine protein, fiber and bold flavors into one beautifully layered meal.

This week we will focus on summer Mediterranean flavors.  We'll start with a mezze plate of fresh vegetables, pita chips, and an ultra-creamy hummus.  Next, we'll cook Lemon-Garlic Skillet Chicken, pair it with a hearty grain, pan roasted vegetables and top it with creamy feta dressing.  We'll save the best for last with a delicate lemon olive oil cake that's bright, tender and not too sweet.

Transport your taste buds to North Africa and experience the warmth, color, and hospitality of Moroccan cuisine. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn to create a menu inspired by the vibrant markets, fragrant spice stalls, and welcoming family tables that make Morocco one of the world's most celebrated culinary destinations.

We'll begin with a refreshing and rustic Orange Blossom, Beet & Goat Cheese Galette, combining earthy roasted beets, creamy goat cheese, and flaky pastry. For the main course, you'll create Sweet Chermoula Eggplant with Cheese, featuring Morocco's signature herb-and-spice sauce paired with tender roasted eggplant. To finish, you'll craft elegant Stuffed Dates, a simple yet luxurious dessert that perfectly captures Morocco's love of balancing sweet and savory flavors.

Settle into class with a vibrant whipped ricotta spread topped with fresh bruschetta, that will become your new go-to appetizer.
Next, roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of fresh pasta making. You’ll mix, knead, roll, and cut your own spaghetti noodles the traditional way. Simple ingredients, unmatched flavor, and the ultimate “wow” moment when you taste fresh pasta for the first time.  Then we’ll craft the star of the evening: Chicken Marsala. Tender pan-seared chicken cutlets simmered in a rich Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and herbs—balanced, silky, and utterly comforting. Paired with your homemade spaghetti, it’s an Italian classic elevated to perfection.

Little Chefs Kitchen Camp

Looking for a fun, hands-on summer activity? This two-day cooking camp is designed for 1st & 2nd graders who love to mix, bake, and create! Over two mornings, kids will build confidence in the kitchen while learning important cooking skills like measuring, mixing, knife safety, rolling dough, and preparing fresh ingredients.

Every child works at their own prep station and creates each recipe from scratch while learning techniques they can use long after camp ends. Best of all, they'll enjoy everything they make and head home with recipes to recreate with family.

No previous cooking experience is necessary—just bring your appetite and your creativity!
