Ultimate Taco Night

In this fun and flavorful class, you’ll learn how to build the ultimate taco night from scratch, from skillet street corn dip, to a bold citrus-marinated carne asada with fresh toppings and crowd-pleasing sides. Finish the evening with a sweet twist on a favorite Mexican-inspired dessert, churro cheesecake bars. Perfect for date nights, friends’ nights out, or anyone looking to bring restaurant-quality tacos home.

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
