Ultimate Taco Night

Skip the basic taco night—we’re taking things up a notch! In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create a fresh, flavor-packed Mexican-inspired meal from start to finish.

We’ll kick things off with a creamy charred street corn dip, then learn how to make homemade flour tortillas from scratch to pair with flavorful, authentic-style carne asada tacos. To finish, we’ll make individual strawberry tres leches dessert cups—a sweet, creamy ending to the ultimate taco night.

Come hungry, ready to cook, and leave with new skills and recipes you’ll want to make again at home!

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
