Artful Ravioli
Get excited about this ravioli-making class that incorporates gluten free pasta making with an art aspect. Students will start by learning to make dough in multiple colors and then be led through an instruction on how to place colors and shapes in a beautiful, edible work or art.
Students will create a delicious White Wine Sauce to accompany their pasta. Students can create different pasta designs and will learn the best techniques to create gorgeous art pasta doughs that also taste great! This special class will have options for gluten free, dairy free and vegan to cover multi allergy bases.
This class is not celiac safe for those who are highly sensitive to cross contamination. We do not have dedicated gluten free equipment or cooking surfaces.
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted.
• Unless designated as kid-friendly or family-friendly, classes are designed for adults ages 12+.
• Classes are limited to 12-16 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
