Creamy Garlic Tuscan Beans Dinner
Are you ready to take a trip to the Tuscan countryside? This cooking class will transport you to Italy!
Start the night with a light and refreshing simple Italian Salad with pepperoncini, olives and cherry tomatoes with a zesty homemade dressing. Next, learn how to make a truly decadent Creamy Garlic Tuscan sauce and silky White Beans for your entrée with a side crunchy, warm fresh Italian bread. Finally, you will finish the evening learning how to add the easiest and richest dessert to have in your arsenal-a luscious Limoncello Ricotta Cake.
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• There is a bar with beer, wine and cocktails for purchase during class.
