Fresh Pasta Making

If pasta is your comfort food, you won’t want to miss this cooking class where you’ll learn just how easy it is to make homemade pasta making from scratch!

We will start our evening by noshing on seasonal homemade compound butter and bread before we get into the hard work. You will make your own dough, let it rest, and create your own marinara sauce (you can add Italian Sausage if you wish). Once your sauce is ready to go, we move into hand cutting or machine cutting your dough into the shape you want – choose between fettuccine, spaghettini, or pappardelle. At last, everything comes together and you are able to eat the fruits of your labor.

**GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS**

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• There is a bar with beer, wine and cocktails for purchase during class.  NO BYOB.
