Start the evening with an iconic steakhouse favorite. You’ll whisk together a creamy, herb-packed ranch dressing from scratch, then pair it with chilled iceberg wedges, crisp bacon, and vibrant toppings for a fresh, flavorful opener you’ll want to make on repeat.
Then it’s time for the star of the night. You’ll learn how to properly season, reverse sear and baste a juicy ribeye to get that perfect crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy. Finish it with a melting pat of homemade herb butter, and suddenly you’ve mastered a restaurant-level technique right in your own kitchen.
Round out the plate with golden, crispy roasted potatoes seasoned simply but beautifully. Learn how to achieve the perfect texture—crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside—every single time.
Finish strong with warm, comforting indulgence. You’ll assemble a decadent bread pudding infused with vanilla, warm spices, and a touch of bourbon, baked until custardy and irresistible.
