Transport yourself to a cozy Parisian bistro in this hands-on cooking class where we’ll prepare elegant yet approachable French classics designed for home cooks.
You’ll begin with a French Market Tartine, rustic baguette slices layered with creamy brie, fresh herbs, and savory prosciutto. Then we’ll master the art of Coq au Vin, a rich wine-braised chicken dish layered with bacon, mushrooms, and aromatic vegetables. For dessert, you will indulge in silky Dark Chocolate Pots de Crème, a luxurious French custard that sets beautifully and melts in your mouth.

• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Beer, wine and crafted cocktails are available for purchase only. NO BYOB.
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
