When In Rome
Are you ready to take a trip to one of the food capitals of the world? Join us for this Italian cooking class and let’s spend an evening in Rome enjoying decadent arancini with red sauce, pasta amatriciana, and homemade pasta!
Enjoy learning how to make a classic Italian street food, Arancini (crispy fried rice ball) served with homemade marinara sauce. After preparing your Arancini, we will teach you how to make a Roman staple, Pasta Amatriciana, made with San Marzano tomatoes, pancetta, Calabrian chili paste and some homemade pasta. Mangia!
**GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS**
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• There is a bar with beer, wine and cocktails available for purchase during class. NO BYOB.
