A Night In Mallorca

In this class, you’ll start with a zesty staple when you take a seat at any restaurant on the ocean strip of Mallorca-Aioli con Limon, served with a side of warm, crusty bread and Spanish olives.
Next, you will make crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy on the inside Patatas Bravas potatoes with served with a silky, Smoky Paprika Aioli to start. Learn the secret to getting that perfect golden crunch and how to create a deeply flavorful sauce that tastes like it came straight from Madrid.
Juicy shrimp simmered in a garlic-infused olive oil with a touch of heat is the staple of our Gambas al Ajillo. This sizzling dish is iconic Spanish comfort food-simple, aromatic, and absolutely irresistible. You’ll master techniques for building flavor in minutes.
A classic almond cake from Galicia-delicate, naturally gluten-free, lightly sweet and beautifully aromatic called Tarta de Santiago is how you will end the night, finished with a signature powdered sugar topping.

• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
