In this lively class, you’ll learn how to turn simple, seasonal vegetables into an unforgettable Mexican-inspired feast—complete with homemade sauces, vibrant sides, and a sweet churro finale.
Start the fiesta with a crisp, colorful salad bursting with smoky flavor. You’ll learn how to char fresh corn to perfection, balance acidity with lime and cilantro, and build a refreshing side that pairs beautifully with any Mexican dish. Bright, crunchy, and addicting!
Roll up your sleeves—it’s enchilada time! You’ll roast veggies, build a flavorful filling, and learn the secrets to crafting authentic homemade enchilada sauce from scratch. Then you’ll assemble and bake a pan of bubbling, cheesy, vegetable-packed enchiladas that are so good even meat-lovers will be obsessed.
Finish the night on a sweet note with fresh, golden churros. Students will dip these irresistible treats in cinnamon sugar before dipping them into a silky homemade chocolate sauce. Fun, interactive, and guaranteed to be a crowd favorite.
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• There is a bar with beer, wine and cocktails for purchase during class. NO BYOB.
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
