Homemade Paella
Discover the mouth-watering flavors of an authentic paella without traveling to Spain. Join our Chef in this unique, hands-on cooking class that will transport you to the streets of Valencia, where paella was first created in the 18th century by fishermen on their day off.
Start the night with a homemade, creamy garlic lemon aioli with crusty bread. Next, you will learn how to prepare this exquisite recipe infused with spices, smoky chorizo, shrimp, chicken and aromatic vegetables. End with a sweet, Spanish almond cake to round out your taste buds. Get ready to impress your friends at your next dinner party!
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted.
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• There is a bar with beer, wine and cocktails for purchase during class.
