La Dolce Vita

Experience the sweet life during this hands-on Italian cooking class! Begin with fresh mozzarella and Italian olives marinated with lemon, garlic and herbs. Then, learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut fresh pasta before creating classic carbonara with pancetta, Pecorino Romano, eggs and freshly cracked black pepper. Finish the evening with a silky limoncello pot de crème topped with mascarpone cream.

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Beer, wine and crafted cocktails are available for purchase only.  NO BYOB.
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
