In this hands-on class, students will create three thoughtfully curated dishes that highlight the harmony of Japanese cuisine. We’ll begin with a delicate Matcha Yogurt Parfait, layering creamy yogurt with subtly sweet matcha and fresh textures. Next, you’ll learn how to prepare a traditional Miso Soup, building deep umami flavor using dashi and miso.
The centerpiece of the class is a stunning Sakura-Inspired Chicken Soboro Rice Bowl—a vibrant dish featuring seasoned ground chicken, softly scrambled egg, and fresh garnishes arranged to resemble spring cherry blossoms. You’ll learn flavor-balancing techniques and plating methods that bring both beauty and intention to everyday meals.

• Beer, wine and crafted cocktails are available for purchase only. NO BYOB.
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
