Power Plate Brunch
Join us for a hands-on Sunday brunch focused on building balanced breakfasts for steady energy and real-life wellness. We’ll start with detox lemon water, then make a high-protein veggie frittata with cottage cheese, freshly baked biscuits with fruit compote, and chocolate chia pudding topped with coconut whip. Along the way, you’ll learn why protein and fiber matter at breakfast, simple prep-ahead strategies, and how a balanced morning meal can support cortisol balance and steady energy.
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
