Power Plate Brunch
Join us for a fresh, hands-on cooking class focused on seasonal ingredients, balanced flavors, and elevated brunch favorites you can realistically recreate at home.
Start the morning with a delicious layered yogurt parfait with seasonal flavors. Next, you’ll prepare a high-protein farmers market frittata made with bacon, fresh vegetables, and herbs. Finally, pair your frittata with flaky homemade biscuits and a bright mixed berry compote.
Whether you’re hosting a brunch at home or simply looking to elevate your weekend cooking, this class will leave you inspired with approachable recipes and fresh new skills.
Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
