Learn the art of fresh pasta in this hands-on class focused on technique, timing, and indulgent simplicity. We’ll begin with a bright lemon-dressed arugula salad topped with shaved Parmesan and crisp breadcrumbs before diving into homemade egg pasta.
You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll, and cut silky fettuccine by hand, then finish it with a classic Alfredo sauce made with butter, cream, garlic, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. For dessert, enjoy a smooth vanilla bean panna cotta topped with a vibrant berry compote.

• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
