Learn the art of fresh pasta in this hands-on class focused on technique, timing, and indulgent simplicity. We’ll begin with a bright lemon-dressed arugula salad topped with shaved Parmesan before diving into homemade egg pasta.

You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll, and cut silky fettuccine by hand, then finish it with a classic Alfredo sauce made with butter, cream, garlic, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. For dessert, enjoy a smooth vanilla bean panna cotta topped with a vibrant berry compote.

This class is perfect for pasta lovers, date nights, and anyone who wants to master fresh pasta in a relaxed, social environment.

• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
