The Graceful Ordinary at Fox Den

Indulge in the art of pasta making in our upcoming cooking class!  Learn the secrets to crafting perfect homemade pasta dough, then transform it into exquisite Tortellini and mouthwatering Orecchiette.

Dive into the flavorful world of vodka sauce and master the balance of three cheeses in our homemade tortellini, and savor the richness of fennel sausage paired with charred broccolini and pecorino to mix with homemade orecchiette.

To top it all off, these decadent delicacies will be taught by the one and only Chef Chris Curren, Owner of The Graceful Ordinary.  This is Chef’s second trip to Fox Den and we are equally as excited for him to join us and share his vast knowledge of all he creates.

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Unless designated as kid-friendly or family-friendly, classes are designed for adults ages 18+.
• Classes are limited to 12-16 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
