Valentine’s Day Decadence

Treat yo’self and your loved one to a night learning how to make some decadent dishes.  Start with preparing the ultimate Crab Rockefeller Dip to whet your appetite while we prep Green Beans Amandine to go alongside the perfect Seared Filet with Lobster Compound Butter.  Top it all off with the most romantic Dark Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding with Homemade Whipped Cream you could make.

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• Unless designated as kid-friendly or family-friendly, classes are designed for adults ages 18+.
• Classes are limited to 12-16 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
