Step into an Italian kitchen for an unforgettable hands-on cooking experience! In this immersive class, you’ll learn to prepare a restaurant-worthy dish completely from scratch, bursting with authentic Italian flavors and perfect for recreating at home.
Settle into class with a vibrant whipped ricotta spread topped with fresh bruschetta, that will become your new go-to appetizer.
Next, roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of fresh pasta making. You’ll mix, knead, roll, and cut your own spaghetti noodles the traditional way. Simple ingredients, unmatched flavor, and the ultimate “wow” moment when you taste fresh pasta for the first time.  Then we’ll craft the star of the evening: Chicken Marsala. Tender pan-seared chicken cutlets simmered in a rich Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and herbs—balanced, silky, and utterly comforting. Paired with your homemade spaghetti, it’s an Italian classic elevated to perfection.
Finish the night on a luxurious note by indulging in your own tiramisu. Layered, espresso-soaked ladyfingers with silky mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa makes it easy to see why this beloved dessert never goes out of style.

• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted.
• Unless designated as kid-friendly or family-friendly, classes are designed for adults ages 18+.
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• There is a bar in class where students can purchase beer, wine and cocktails. Soda and water are included in price of ticket.
