Teens Cooking Class: Eggs Benedict and Berries
Welcome to brunch classics 101! In this elevated hands-on cooking class, students ages 12 and up will learn how to create one of the ultimate brunch favorites: Eggs Benedict with homemade hollandaise sauce.
Students will practice poaching eggs, whisking silky hollandaise, and assembling a beautiful brunch plate while learning important stovetop and timing techniques. For dessert, they’ll make homemade vanilla pudding topped with fresh summer berries.
This class is ideal for young food lovers ready to level up their cooking skills with restaurant-inspired brunch favorites in a fun and approachable way.

Important Information:
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted
• AGES 12-18 ONLY
• Classes are limited to 18 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
